🛒 How do I place an order?

Shopping at Uptown Accessories is simple and secure! Just follow these easy steps:

  2. Choose your desired color or variant.

  3. Click “Add to Cart” — a pop-up will confirm your item is added.

  4. When you’re ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  5. Fill in your delivery details, including a valid email and phone number.

  6. Select your preferred payment method from the dropdown.

  7. Click “Place Order” — and you’re done!


📧 How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you complete your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and invoice. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, don’t worry — your order will still be processed, and our team will reach out to you to confirm the details.


⚠️ Why does an item in my cart now say it’s unavailable?

Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. If a product becomes unavailable during checkout, it may have sold out. To continue, please remove the unavailable item from your cart. Need help? Reach out at:

We offer two secure payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery (Available in Pakistan)

  2. Online Payment  Direct Bank Transfer

📦 How long does delivery take?

  • Within Pakistan: 7 working days

  • International Orders: 20 working days (depending on your location)


📭 What if I’m not available when my order arrives?

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. Please ensure your address and postal code are accurate at checkout. After the second failed attempt, your package will be returned to our head office.


🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Once you place your order, we’ll contact you with a shipping quote based on your country, package size, and weight.
